The Old mines of Bergslagen, Sweden

Bergslagen (Swedish for “Mountain’s Law”) is a district in south central Sweden, it is historically known for being reach in minreals, this is why mining and the metallurgic industry have been an important part of this place since the Middle Ages. Originally the word “Bergslag” which Bergslagen derives from simply means “miners”. There are many Old Iron mines (and mostly abandoned since most of the mines got shut down around 1970 and very few are still running in the beginning of 2000) around Bergslagen, great places to shoot amazing photos in, just have to be careful, and probably get some aid from locals in finding thees unique places.
