Predjama Castle is a Gothic style castle and it was built during the Renaissance right on a large cave entrance, it is located in the south part of central Slovenia.
Predjama Castle has a hidden passageway installed during the 15th century and served the “robber baron” (which the castle is most famous for) to leave furtively and stealthily when Predjama Castle was under siege, it was ruined during the siege and on 1511, a second castle was built, the one that is still standing today.
