Castel d’Appiano (a.k.a Castel Hocheppan) is a medieval fort (a hill fort) and is located in South Tyrol (northern Italy). The castle lays on a steep cliff overlooking the town of Missiano. it is believed that it was built around the begging of the 12 century. The fort offers amazing view and great breeze.
