Bibi ka Maqbara is a mausoleum which was built in the middle years of the 17th century and is situated in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India.
The mausoleum was planned to compete with the Taj Mahal, but, the decline in architecture and proportions of the structure had resulted in a inferior copy.
Bibi ka Maqbara was built by the Mughal Prince – Azam Shah as a loving tribute to his mother, Rabia Durrani.
